Poor customer service

I am beyond appalled with the service I received from the Debonairs call center as well as the debonairs branch in Ennerdale. I placed an order at 18:40pm and was told that I would receive my order in 45minutes to an hour. An hour and a half and 6 calls later, 3 of which I was blatantly hung up on, I was told that the store is experiencing a backlog on orders and that the driver was out for delivery with the order. The time is now 20:53pm and I still have not received the order and the store has now closed. I probably will not receive the order. It's honestly disgusting that they would treat a paying customer like this. I'm annoyed that this is what customer service come to.
