Poor customer service

Worst service ever. I went to Debonairs Pizza Cape Town Station today at 14:20. I purchased a large pizza, and I told them I would come and collect it at 6 PM. I just went to Debonairs to collect my pizza now at 7:20, and they did not make the pizza. I had to take the refund because my transport was leaving in a few minutes. Why did they give me the option to order when they do not deliver? I am not happy with how you handle me. Poor customer service service false expectations
