Poor customer service

i placed an order for delivery and even called to confirm that they have received it, knowing that they will not deliver at Emoyeni Mall Mpumalanga, they decided to keep quite and close without delivering (considering that i have made a payment already for this order). Now I have to make another plan for family dinner. I'm so disappointed with their service.
