Poor customer service

On the 25th of June at 15:55 I ordered a Fam Feast for R349.90 on the app at the Khayelitsha store for delivery . 3 hours later no pizza was delivered and called the store to have the order canceled as I have not received any communication as to why the delivery was delayed. My refund was said to be done within 7 working days . It's the 15 July today and still I have not received my money.
