Poor customer service at Debonairs,- Sky city

I ordered Pizza at Sky city at 16:58 and i received my Pizza at 19:15 and when i asked why it took so long, the excuse was there is lot of order and no one updated me that they are experiencing overflow of orders and when i call, no one answers the phone

this is not the first time it happen, so my question is that they have lot of orders everyday? Debonairs, Sky city branch is the worst store to order your Pizza
