Poor customer service and rude staff

Debonairs Pizza at Maponya Mall has very poor customer service and rude staff. I went there today 01/06/2019 because I called to place an order and I was told my order would take two(2) hours to get to me because I am based in Dube and the Dube branch was offline, please note that the woman I spoke to was very rude about the whole situation. So I got to Maponya mall and placed my order being the "On The Double" pizza around 19:46, when I went to fetch it, I saw the chefs at the back swapping my order so I asked the chef that handed me my order what that was about and he chose to ignore my question. I also mentioned to him that the dot on the box was black instead of it being red and since my order was from the shop itself, I would expect it to be red and according to Debonairs, and I quote "on presentation, if the dot is not red, your pizza is free" . the chef was so rude that he didn't even look at me and he chose to take away the box from me. When I asked him why he was being rude, he chose to throw the box at me and walked away. And he took my slip with him, not handing me the customer copy that I am meant to leave with. I do not see myself in that Debonairs anymore with havig to deal with such staff, I cannot accept such treatment when I am genuinely just looking for something to eat
