Poor customer service and delivery.

Pathetic service and no customer care or relation lets me write my experience with Debonairs Gezina to you. On Thursday 31 December 2015 I ordered several items, (order #147) I called the branch and placed my order with the person that answered the phone but as I did not have cash with me to pay the driver I had to place my order on line which I did. Well I waited for my order and after 45 minutes I again called the branch but with no answer.<br> <br> I called again several times as my payment for the items went through but after one and a half hour my order was still not delivered. Therefore I had to make alternative dinner arrangements. The next day I called back and the Manager said that they closed early. I asked her why they not told me when I called or when I placed my order. She had all excuses and they have the right to close early etc etc... Well I requested my order to be delivered and yet again. An hour passed with no delivery where yet again I had to call back and enquire about my order. <br> <br> The same manager said that its not her fault the driver take so long to deliver. Yet all outlets rely on their customers for support but this is the service you pay for.
