Poor customer service

I would like to share my experience I had now at Debonnaires mall of Africa. I ordered a pizza with chicken and only received a pizza base with sauce and no chicken. When I lodged my complain with the staff members and the Manager. He had no time for me and no customer service very rude and not willing to assist. They refused to refund me my money back had to leave the shop with an incomplete order. This is very disappointing to see people who are in the food service industry treating customers so horrible.
