Poor customer service

I ordered 3 small pizza combos (with a drink) and waited almost an hr to be assisted.

When we complained we were told it was load sheeding however, the store was able to serve 4 customers that came in after me.

I a very unhappy with the poor service and the lack of accountability of what looked like the store manager
