poor customer service

I had the most shocking experience with Debonairs on Monday night, I come from a long and tiring day and I clearly don't want to cook so, I decided to order in...Order placed 30 December 2019 19:45. Order # ***7 Debonairs Pizza Vorna Valley Midway Mews Sop 6, so the tracking link showed that the food will arrive at 8:20 pm, but when I see that its 9 pm I start to panic as I had already paid via the app so i call the number on the confirmation and it directs me to their useless call center who cannot answer my questions and transferred me to a dead-line,. I tried numerous times and finally got through at 9:20 and I was then put through to the store manager Charles Gumede who at 1st was very patronizing and blamed everything on without any empathy to the matter and we continued to exchange words mind you they close at 22:00pm he is convincing me to take the very same order whilst im cleary frustrated and I wanted a full refund but he kept brushing me off and eventually convinced me to get a new pizza and he added a cooldrink but that was not enough! you cant be shouting at me, shifting the blame then expect
