Poor customer service

on the 9th August 2021 I ordered Pizza from Debonairs Southgate on the online app, the Pizza was not nice as the base was very hard and the crust on the side was a bit undercooked and the cheese griller was also not fresh. I wrote to Debonairs online customer service and they said Debonairs Southgate will call me to date I haven't received a call from anyone. My order number was: # ***6
