Poor customer service

Very dissapointed in the service i got for the staff according to my knowledge the pizza that i got from the shop was not according to standard,went to the shop and laid a complaint but the staff was convinced that there was perfectly nothing wrong with the pizza...i am no chef but the way that pizza looked i doubt anyone would have feasted on that...they lack customer service and didnt even try or put effort in sorting out the situation...i told the staff that the pizza looked like sh@t i left the shop didnt even ask for a refund as i was upset...very very poor skills and no proffesionalism
