Poor customer service

Good day,

Saturday the 02/06/2022 I ordered a pizza online at 20:06 to be delivered, I called to make amendments, my call was realead 3 times, the third call I requested to speak to a supervisor but it didn't happen, I was placed on hold for more than 5 munites and my call was reliesed again.

They were so unprofessional and irritating. I doubt if I'll ever buy at debonairs ever again.

It was Lerato whom answered my 1st call, I forgot the other 2, second call was answered my a male and last call was by a female.

Someone called me from a steers dobsonville to confirm my order, apparently she was a supervisor as per a delivery guy. I threatened to cancel my order #***4 when she told me that people that answering thier incoming calls are from the call centre. ***.

I've been a loyal fan of this brand, but since from that day, I even told my friends and my entire family to stop buying from it. I'm so disappointed because my kids loved it.
