Poor customer service

Worst service ever. I went to Debonairs Pizza Cape Town Station today at 14:20.I purchased large Pizza and I told them I will come and collect it at 6PM I just went to debonairs to collect my Pizza now at 7:20 and they did not make the Pizza I had to take the refund because my transport was leaving in few minutes. Why did they give me the option to order when they do not deliver I am not happy with how you handle me. Poor customer service service false expectations.
