Poor customer service

I’m not happy about the service I received from Debonairs atteridgeville Nkomo Village branch

I placed an order online at 18:26, the driver did not come for drop off as the kids were sitting on the verenda anticipating their delivery.

The driver Willy makgatho did not come and the store claims to have called.

I then had to go pick up my order at 9pm with no further communication. The quality of service I received in store was also appalling, no one wanted to take ownership of my complaint.

I asked to be refunded they said it could not be done and was handed a cold pizza

I need some accountability and to be refunded as per ur policy if the pizza is cold u get refunded/get replaced
