Poor customer service

Called the Debonairs is midrand before I could place a order I asked the lady if they deliver in Rabie Ridge and she advised that they do, after about 5 minutes of speaking to her she then advised me that no that don't deliver in my area...I then called tembisa plaza which I was told that I should call birch acres Mall because they don't deliver. I called birch acres Mall the lady I spoke to took my order and my details after 6 minutes she decided to tell me that the driver does not deliver when its raining but I should call back after 10..I called back 12 minutes past 10 and i git assistance was advised that the order is gonna be delivered within the next hour its now almost 2 hours...then I again tried calling them 4 times to find out how far my order is and guess what? NO one is answering the phone..This is not acceptable and those agents are so unprofessional that I speak to this agent in the middle of our conversation she passes the phone Over to someone else with out notifynotifying me...They bringing debonairs name to shame..
