Poor customer service

Am wondering when this place or stuff will wake up and smell the coffee. I ordered the usually pizza( chicken triple deck) for collection and I've told it will take 20-30 min which it didn't bored me. I went to pick up my order after 30 min and I got there and pay and waited another 30-45min. Then I went back and ask why my order is taking so long and then cashier went back and check and my order was still not made. I ask to speak to the manager and when I asked her about my order she couldn't explain and she kept on saying sorry without any eye contact or explaination. Then I asked to speak to the owner and she told me am not allowed which that was very annoying. If the manger can't help you and you can't speak to the owner about the situation then who do you speak to? I asked the lady again to put the owner on phone since I can't call him/her with my cellphone and she still kept her words that am not allowed. What is frustrating more is the shop is close to my place and the service SUCKS!!!
