Poor Customer Service
Your customer service needs to improve ,I ordered pizza at 18:22 telephonic and was accepted by the store at 18:24 ,promised it shud take 45mins to be delivered .. wen we order food its simply because we are hungry ... delivery was done at 20:44 after a full two hours and couple of mins waiting ,rejected the order because I brought food from Somewhere . Train ur staff to be professional delivery guy calls me when his outside the gate and says "get out your order is here" imagine ... this is not the 1st time this happens ... when u are busy alert ur customers so tht we know what to expect ... its neva a pleasure ordering from Sutherland Branch....
