Poor customer service
I called to debonairs Kuilsriver to place an order and the man who answered Brendon (manager) refused to take my order as he states the driver just left to an area close to where i stay and that they will not go to my area again since they have only 1 driver. Im shocked at this pathetic service as i always make use of their delivery services and i actually spend a lot of money on monthly basis with this debonairs store. After challenging the manager he says abruptly that i should then just wait 1h30min. I want this to be escalated as i feel this service is uncalled for. I want to be compensated.
