Poor customer service

On the 27th of July 2025, i made an online order around 17:07 to 17:10, and I had to wait there for an hour even after that hour, I did not recieve the order, and i was put in the queue of everyone who ordered in the shop. I asked my money back, and I lost the transport money I had to to and from debonairs pizza... This Debonairs is the one in Motherwell, next to Zonke Spar, the manager did not apologize, if he was even the manager, if they didn't lie, to me... Because that guy was preparing the pizza....
