Poor customer service

The customer service at debonairs pizza moruleng mall is terrible. We had to wait for a good hour before getting our order simply because the staff never had time for giving us orders, instead they were chatting and laughing while we were waiting. There is lack of professionalism. The cashier lady named Micky is the only person who was hands on. She had to take orders and still had to give people their orders. If it wasn't for her we would still be waiting. The rest of the staff didn't even care. All they do is just gossiping.
