Poor customer Service

<p>On 10/06/2017 i bought a pizza ( Triple Stacker Meaty) at Debonairs in Westgate Mall, Mitchells Plain. When i got home, the pizza was very cold, and there were big chunks of raw onion and tomato in the pizza, There were no filling in the pizzza either. The triple decker pizza is the only thing i always order so i have a pretty good idea what it should taste like... The pizza looked nothing as advertised either.This pizza was just terrible. I took pics of the slices with the lack of filling, and submitted a review on their customer service website. About 24hrs later i received a call from the Store Manager "Shabeer". He was obnoxous, rude, and was unapologetic. His reply to me was "you shouldve brought the pizza bak immediately - ( I was fasting and had no intention of driving all the way to the mall AGAIN), HE also imp**** that i could have bought it somewhere else nd blamed them for the poor pizza. What audacity, this guy is a store manager. How can he make assumptions like that. How can he be in a position like that and make me out to be a ****. I paid for that pizza, it was not for free.</p>
