Poor customer service

I would like to put a complaint against Debonairs Pizza in Boksburg, I ordered Pizza triple decker, cheese Grillers and 2lt Coke but it was unfortunate that my husband received the order on my behalf which didn't have my coke. I then later called the store to alert them they told me they'll call back. They never called made follow up call where Karabo confirmed with the driver that indeed I never received my coke it's back at the store but the manager Fatima said she will call till date they never called nor apologized for poor service. I paid for goods I didn't reveivev
