Poor customer relations and services.

I have a complaint regarding an online order placed at your Hatfield Pretoria branch, *** made on 7 June 2015.<br> I placed the order at 11:42 and was informed that the store accepted my order and it would be delivered at 12:27. At 12:35 a driver contacted me confirming my address, and it was later revealed that the meal had not yet even been prepared. <br> Thirty minutes later I called the driver and he informed me that he had not left the store yet as he was waiting for the completion of the meal. <br> It can therefore be deduced that 1h20m after our order had been received, my order was not yet ready. <br> A call was placed at 13:04 to the Hatfield branch to enquire as to the reasons behind the delay, none were given, not even an apology offered. This means that the order took twice as long as indicted. <br> Upon, FINALLY, receiving our meal, it was revealed that the request for no onions had not been adhered to, thus leaving my girlfriend unable to eat the pizza owing to her allergies. The pizza was also not hot, and the driver offered no explanation and after enquiring about the \red or its free"quality promise"
