Poor Customer care

My name is Ms S. S MOLOTO. I had a very bad experience with debonairs Kwamhlanga Cross Road. I placed an order of triple decker large pizza today and got confirmation of my order at 18:47 that it will be delivered. At around past eight i phoned them to trace my order and person who answered the phone said my order will be out soon. Till now, they didn't deliver and worse part i didn't prepare meal for my family knowing that i ordered pizza. I ordered using two telephone numbers ***n ***.What they did to us is disgusting and unacceptable.
