Poor customer care

On the 20th of April 2024 I bought a pizza half and half came my pizza it was not what I ordered (flavor) ok due to hunger I accepted and ate the pizza my issue comes when one shop keeps on failing me on the 25th of May 2024 I ordered online at 17:03 order confirmed paid and waited an hour passed no communication I then called I was told it's on its way waited another hour still nothing I called again was told it has left the store still nothing the fact that no one called to explain or say anything around past nine someone calls to ask for my address I was mad 4 hours of waiting I said refund me till date I have not received my money back or a call from them to apologize.
