Poor client service
Brendon the manager saw no need to contact me when I waited for over 5 hours for my order while I live 500 meters away. A clearly retarded driver, Alex was sent to deliver but I had to call several times with one of the employees making an empty promise of calling the driver and then calling me back, which obviously never happened. I called them 5 times and they never called me even once. Who waits for pizza for over 5 hours while they live down the street? And nobody cares to correct that!
