Poor appalling service!

I would like to say that the service rendered by Debonairs next to Howard College in Durban is extremely disgusting. I placed an order around 18.22 and was informed it would take close to an hour to get to me but that didn't happen. Instead it arrived 2 hours later, deterring all my plans and to top it off the driver who came here was laughing at me. When I asked why he was laughing he said he can see I'm very hungry. And I believe that's very unprofessional and appalling.

It wasn't the first time this happened and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the fact that they make us wait for two hours and still expect full pay for the order. Disgusting!
