POOR AND SLOW SERVICE : DEBONAIR PIZZA : GEM CITY PHOENIX KZN

Does it take 22 minutes to deliver a small real deal pizza to a customer . Well it did today @ DEBONAIR PIZZA @ GEM CITY : PHOENIX KZN. I mean seriously u cannot believe this . It would seem that their main emphasis is the telephonic orders they receive and there is a big rush to get these orders out . . The customer that comes to the shop must just wait . Clearly not acceptable . These stores MUST HAVE an inhouse competent Manager that understand the business and "hands on " in dealing with the clients as they enter the premises . Clearly not happening at this outlet . More oversight needed
