POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE

I would like to share my experience of a poor and pathetic service I got from Debonairs in Guguletu mall. I orderd pizza online Saturday afternoon around 15pm and then got an email and sms confirming my order and that it would be delivered and deducted money, I waited and waited then an hour later I called and was told by a lady there that pizza would be delivered in 15 minutes time as there was a delay, waited again and called aftr another 45 minutes to an hour that im still waiting around 17pm now, and was told that "we do not deliver in your area" whereas my money was taken from my bank and the sms and email came through to confirm and why did not say so when I called first and I asked since when the lady dropped and phoned again a guy said we don't deliver in your area in Newcross Road and the guy said u must come and fetch your pizza or where can we meet and wr closing now, I had to stay and not attend the meeting I had to go to waiting for them for two hours and only to be told that they don't deliver why not say it on the app that we do not deliver in that area. And had to personally go there and fetch my pizza myself I ordered online due to a reason bcs I have an injury and using crutches bt had to go and fetch my pizza. Wouldn't have continued with the order if it declined the area because some restaurants do if not delivering for certain area. Please I would like to understand why do they offer such poor service to their customers Thanks Regards, Siphokazi
