Poor and pathetic service

On the 26/11/2015 i bought two pizzas at the debonairs mayibuye branch, waited 45 minutes for the order only to discover that the bottom base of the pizza was badly burned plus we also found a round plastic object inside the pizza.Had to drive back to the branch where i bought the pizza only to be given the run around by the lady that was in charge by the name of Tshifhiwa,at first she didn't want to speak to us to hear she wanted to prepare a new pizza for us without hearing what my story.All i wanted was to be refunded and be given the contact details of the owners of the branch and she flatly refused to furnish me with their numbers nor their email address.Next day on the 27/11/2015 i mailed the debonairs customer info and they never bothered to reply to my email.I have pictures of the round plastic object found in their pizza and i also attached them in the email i sent to them.
