Poor and Bad Service at Debonairs Pizza Tembi Mall

The degree of subpar treatment I received from this store is very startling.I placed an order with Tembi Mall.shop at about 16:24. A short while later, I received a call from the store informing me that my item was ready to be picked up at about 18:00, and I was fine with that.I was surprised to find that when I told the woman who was standing on the side that I was there for my call, she said she may go ahead and pay. The rude cashier told me that they didn't have my order. After that, she spoke to the other cashier in the back, and the she also had a very nasty attitude.and haughty enough to not have my order.It took the other one a few minutes to tell me, "My sister, it will be ready in ten minutes," but I was okay with that.After ten minutes, the same woman I had spoken to earlier asked whether I was still there. When I rep**** that I was, she said, "Please let her pay; her order is here." As a result, I wasted time and money waiting for a company that doesn't regard or respect us as clients.I beg you to address this, or else you risk losing that mall's consumer base.
