Poor and bad service

I'm not happy with dube debonairs especially the manager by the name of reneilwe, I made a order online at 7pm and waited for order for abt 45mins I then took it upon myself to call the store and find out how far is my order is and I was told that they can't find it and they took my order again it was abt 7:45pm and I waited again until past 9 and I was told my order was out for delivery, when the driver got here around 9:20pm my pizza was cold and the driver refused to leave the pizza as I didn't want to pay for it coz it was cold ,I then called the store manager explaining what is happening and she adviced the driver to take the pizza back to the store ,I remember ur rules says when the dot is black don't pay for the pizza, when I'm ordering im doing that because me and my kids are hungry I wont except this kind of treatment from debonairs dube it not the 1st something like this happens.
