Poooor service
Dissatisfaction with the service ,i ordered online for a pizza to be delivered to my house on the 20/06/2019 @ 18:12 pm ,made a payment online & received notification that my order is being processed ,an hour & half later no notification of delivery & no calls ,up until i decided to call & check whats the problem,only to find out that the say they don't deliver to the place i stay at after 5 pm & i must come collect my order ,while the system did'nt reject the payment & tell me its not delivering ,worse they even charged delivery fee but no food .totally unacceptable ,poor service Debonaise Lakefield square ,u are so unproffessional ,now my kids are gonna go to bed without food because of your unproffessionalist ,they even tell me i must forward my details & they will pay back the money within a WEEK worst service ever,nxaa
