Please stop sending vouchers from your system

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please stop sending vouchers from your system. Every time I attempt to use one, the system returns a 500 error and the voucher cannot be processed.

From my perspective, this feels misleading, as the vouchers never work and appear to be used only to attract customers into the shop. This has happened repeatedly and has caused unnecessary frustration.

I would appreciate it if you could either resolve the issue permanently or remove my contact details from your voucher distribution list.
