<p>Howick debonairs always a problem. Friend ordered online n went to fetch. There was no pizza as they didnt check d inline orders. Thats wat they said. Yest i ordered. Waited abt 35 minutes n debonairs is accross d road. I just cudnt leave d workshop to go der. 2day at 17.35 i place an order via d app. No delivery. Send someone to check. They sold my pizza to someoneelse. Finally get it at 19.00. This is not acceptable. I ordered from home for my husband n staff at work. Debonairs is accross d road n they take 1 hour to deliver. Totally not acceptable. No apologies. Before the pizza was delivered i trued calling. Asked to speak to manager. Got put on hold about 3 times. Then cut off. Call again n d lady says she doesnt know who is d manager. So i lose my cool. Then she tells me she is in pmb. Y are calls to howick going to pmb? The app is obviously not a good thing as i can see from other reviews. N seems like most debonairs are a waste of time. I for one have had it wit the howick branch. I wil never ever order from here again. Last tym i had a prob a cashier posed as d manager. Wen i threathened to call head office they quickly got d manager to call me. She assured me that i wil never get service like dis again. Lucky i didnt hold my breath. Service is gone from bad to worse. Please close all debonairs. Teach ur staff at all branches how to be pro avtive. How to deal with customers and what customer service is. N teach them how to move fast n get d job done asap. Time is obviously nothing to them. Wen u get all of the above right then consider opening again. ****ed off to d max!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
