Plastic in my pizza

Absolutely ridiculous to keep finding plastic in my pizza, not once but this is the second time. Once at debonairs gateway and the 2nd debonairs umgeni road. I have tried contacting the store dbut the call center can never put me through to manager or even get the manager to call me back. How hard is it to make a pizza without pieces of plastic in it? Disgusted and will not be ordering in future
