Plastic found in Debonaoir's Pizza

This is the second time I am sending a complaint for the same order as my complaint has not bee effectively handled. It has been a week since I ordered and I cannot believe that Debonairs doesn't seem to care. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First I found pieces of plastic in my pizza. I brought it to the company's attention expecting at least an apology. The person who called me could not even explain why he needed the actual pizza instead of only the photos. He used an accusatory tone and said that there is really nothing he can do without the pizza and he would call me back once he speaks to his manager. This was 5 days ago and I haven't even received a courtesy call informing me of the cause of delay. I also commented on the official facebook page and yet again was promised a call back which I still haven't received. Do you think that ignoring customers would restore their faith in Debonairs ? I will make time tomorrow to call the health inspector and hopefully then I will receive a call from debonairs.
