Place order and they dont deliver

I ordered a pizza online at Debonairs and was told that they do not deliver in my area as its not part of they routes.What i dont understand is that when i placed the order online it gave me Arbour Crossing as one of the options and Philani Valley.But i did not want to order at Philani Valley since i had previously had a bad experience with them where i placed an order and they did not deliver.What puzzles me is that Debonairs Abour crossing is within a 5km radius.When i asked the lady that called as to why they dont deliver she told me that i should ask the head office.This is the Third time that im experiencing bad service at Debonairs.Its quite clear that they dont want my business and when i complained the 1st time i never recieved any response.
