Place an order but never received delivery

Good Morning

I called palmsprings branch and placed my order see attached.

45min later I got a call saying my pizza will be delivered they just waiting on a driver to come back with a speed point for swiping 💳 as they only have 1 instore. I have told my kids not to cook I bought them pizza they my just use my card to pay for it. Should have heard the excitement from the kids.

Got home from work around 8pm the delivery was not done no communication to inform me that they not delivering so I can make other arrangements in time.

So now I was stuck as it was late and couldn't get food anywhere my kids had to sleep on a empty stomach.

I have never felt so ashamed in my life. kids where probably thinking dad did not place any order how come pizza didn't arrive as they always do when he places his order normally.

I was speechless and didn't know what to do we ended up sleeping with out eating 😞 😪.

I have noticed if you tell the guys you have cash they come running because they know they will get a tip in cash but once you tell them you using a card for payment they will delay as today they didn't come at all.
