Pizza with hair and the company dont want to take ownership

I purchased a December box from Canal Walk Debonairs Pizza for myself and a friend at work when we started eating I found a hair in the pizza we then disposed of the pizza I then contacted them and spoke to the manager he advised that there is nothing that he can do shouting at me as I didn't take any pictures and im so disappointed because I would not go all the way to call if it was not the case I spent R178.90 on a meal I did not have even so I didn't want to post pictures as I thought this is probably something that happened as a once off but clearly they dont valie there customers because this could have happened to anyone I didn't want to make a bug fuss but because of the service I received from the manager I now have to do this expose the poor service that I have received very dissapointed
