Pizza was never delivered

I placed my order 4 hours ago. I got a notification at 17:56 advising that my order was delivered, I have been calling your call centre ever since to find out what is happening with my order and I have still not received a response, instead your agents have been saying they would call me back and I haven’t . If the order gets here after 11, I will not open my door and the driver can just see what to do with the pizza as I cannot be waiting for a simple pizza for over 4-5 hours. Your agents are *********** and they did not give me prompt feedback or manage my expectations. I spoke to 6-7 agents and ALL of them did not help me and they kept advising that my order is being escalated, till now? The time is 22:24 and I have already made another plan with my dinner and you guys can keep my pizza I don’t want it anymore. My order number is ***7.

I wrote the above email last night and till now, I haven’t received a response. I went to bed hungry yet I paid for a pizza that I never received. You guys are the worst!! I just want my money back and trust me, you’ve lost me as a customer!
