Pizza wa dry, special instructions ignored, dough and taste not fresh

Good Day I just came from Debonairs New Germany and now Im home. I ordered the Tripple decker special and requested no onions. When I get home it has onions. The pizza is just dry there is no creamyness in it as I ordered creamy chicken. Also the dough is not soft it like I am having a Jeqe Pizza. I am soooo dissappointed pity we are hungry and cannot drive back. It does not taste as good as the one I boughy sat in Montclair
