Pizza top layer stuck on the pizza box

I bought crammed crust something meaty with extra cheese pizza online for delivery and when I opened it ,the cheese and top part was stuck on the box. We could not enjoy the pizza as most of the top layers was stuck on the box. It was as if the delivery guy put something heavy on the pizza box.This was not first time I had a bad experience with Debonairs Pizza Arcadia. The first time it was when I purchased pizza from them and the speedpoint went off during a transaction and we tried again only to find out they charged me twice for pizza I informed them and they asked to bring bank statement till today was never refunded. I still want my money back, I will bring the bank statements AGAIN as long as at the end I will get my hard earned money back. All my orders are online orders and I pay with card.
