Pizza too late

I placed an order via app( on the double, order: 205 date: 03/07/2021 Time: 17:16, this pizza only arrived at 20:30. I called the store *** and they advised the driver already left for delivery, I then requested driver's no. *** who advised he stuck somewhere because of a wheel puncture. Clearly this left a bad taste in the mouth literally as the pizza arrived very cold, we had to meet driver half way at night just to get our pizza.
