Pizza tasted like Cardboard

My Niece and i ordered Triple Decker Pizza from Debonairs Silveroaks last week, but they unfortunetly did not use the right sauce for the pizza, they used Club pizza sauce. The pizza was also extremly hard. We contacted them via email with an attached photo of how the pizza looked but they did not respond.
