Pizza smell was off and ready in 15min instead of 45min

Pizza arrived within 15 min of ordering, Not hot and The smell was off. When calling the manager on duty he gave us attitude and couldn't answer why the pizza was ready in 15min instead of 45 min. This is unhealthy, we ended up throwing away the Pizza!
