PIZZA SERVICE GONE WRONG

Firstly am so disappointed in the service I got from the Debonairs in Katlehong(East Rand).I am not sure if they thought I've never bought or ate a triple decker before,I get there and order a triple decker I think my mistake was not checking before I left,Once I got home and open the box I found a SINGLE BASE pizza with no cheese on top what's so ever.I had to DRIVE BACK so they can fix THEIR mess.I get there and ask the cashier if this is a triple decker and she had The NERVE to say it was,I then asked for the manager(with dreadlocks) and I asked her also she only looked at it then took it back to the kitchen (without saying A WORD) after she stood there without saying a word ONLY after a while they came back and gave me the box again NO APOLOGY from them what's so ever.Their attitude really sucks <br> I am so disappointed in the service I got what makes it worse is that its NOT the first time!!! I think they should go for customer service training so that they can learn how to treat a customer!
