Pizza over an hour late / Delivery man doesnt know area

Ordered pizza last night (Order #221) from Debonairs Lifestyle Crossing.

We ordered the pizza at 19:18 and only received the order at 20:30, the pizza was ice cold and we had to warm it up in the oven/microwave to enjoy.

The delivery guy also phoned twice before delivering asking for directions to my house. Very difficult as his phone line was terrible and im new to the area so its difficult for me to direct how to drive. It seems the guy got onto his bike and just hoped for the best. PS: This is not the first time ive ordered at this branch and the first time was fine, so i know that a delivery man can get to my place on time.

The delivery man also gave us some bogus story that the pizza is cold because its cold outside. WHATEVER!

I tried to phone the restaurant three times, got no answer.
