Pizza ordered 8.10pm delivery time 10.18pm

I ordered a large pizza and 2 real deal pizzas. (31/08/17) I live 2.2km from the store in Grassy park. Order placed online at 8.10pm, confirmation sms received at 8.10pm, at 9.10pm I called the store to find out whats happening. Was told the next driver that comes in will bring my order (no apology from staff) Was also told, normal delivery time is from 45 - 60 minutes. At 9.40pm I called again, was told my order had left with the driver already. (no apology from staff) at 10.10pm, I called again. Was told the pizza will be delivered soon. I asked whoever I spoke to, to call the driver, then call me back, was promised a call back, 10.15pm, I call again, was told, "I was just trying to call you" as an apology, "we will give you 30% off your next order" and gives me a line about the order being delayed in coming to the store, apparently, a fault with the online ordering system, not the store's fault. The apology was weak at best, because I told the person helping me, "you people have not once apologized", he then launched into the 30% discount on next order ****... .The pizza arrives 10.18pm, the dot on the box is PITCH BLACK, the driver still wants me to pay, when I refuse, he says I should call the store before he can leave, I am obviously annoyed, I ask him to leave and to call the store himself. My kids were nagging for their supper, they eventually went to bed hungry. Something needs to be done about the Grassy park store, lack of training, not owning their ***** ups (passing the buck) no communication... just a complete lack of professionalism. A **** poor experience.
